You can now move modules into any that you have created. Hit the Save Categories button at the bottom of the form to activate the new categories. If Default is chosen, the standard name determined by the current language will be used. To change the name of one of the default categories displayed at the top of the form, select the second radio button next to it and entering a new description into the text box to the right. The ID is never visible to users anyway - only the displayed description is. However, you should not change the entries in the ID column, as they are used internally to associate modules with categories. Existing categories that you have added can be edited by changing the fields in this section as well. Then in the field next to it under Displayed description enter the name that will appear in Webmin, such as Thirdparty. I have been running this NAS for a while and I dont want to enter password to access the files. I’ve gone through the smb.conf and the security is set to share, but i can not for the love of god find why. Was checking around the settings of samba using newly installed webmin… Now I cannot access the folders without using passwords or users. ![]()
